A hidden gem tucked in the Bronx! With welcoming staff and luxe room finishes, the hotel impresses. Our King bed was comfortable, and the 24-hour complimentary coffee was a delightful surprise. Breakfast included chocolate croissants, making mornings sweeter. The proximity to subway lines couldn’t be better, perfect for exploring NYC.

During my stay, I loved the large, clean room and the incredible attention from the staff, who helped make my experience truly enjoyable. it was great to be just a short stroll away from the Bronx Zoo and Randall's Island Park, which offered perfect spots for leisurely walks and some breathtaking views of the city.

I had a great stay! The breakfast offered a fair variety, and the room was large and spotless. Plus, the old pictures decorating the hotel added charm! I’d definitely come back!

The hotel is near the Bronx Zoo and Yankee Stadium, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly, and we loved the comfortable room. Just a heads up, the neighborhood might feel a bit rough, but we felt safe using the subway.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable this time around, and I woke up with back pain. A softer mattress would have been nice.

The stay at Opera House was quite enjoyable. The room was well-appointed with modern decor and cleanliness was top-notch. The staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness, assisting with any requests promptly, which enhanced the overall experience. The location was convenient for accessing the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the continental breakfast had a good selection that met my expectations, especially with the coffee available 24/7.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. It had a nice private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was well-equipped. Breakfast included cereal, toast, and pastries, served with real plates. The staff was always attentive and friendly, making sure we had what we needed.

i had a fantastic 8-night stay at the opera house. the superior king room was modern and super clean. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway. zue and krystal were especially helpful, always making sure i felt comfortable and ready for my adventures.

Room cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentive service stood out—I felt genuinely cared for during my stay. However, the breakfast area was a bit cramped, causing congestion, and the neighborhood’s poverty was noticeable, which may be unsettling for some. Receptionists made me feel welcomed by always greeting me by name, which added a personal touch to my experience.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay in a Superior King Room that was spacious and very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist, making me feel welcomed at all times. Breakfast offerings included fresh pastries and a solid selection of coffee available 24/7, which I appreciated. While the surrounding area had its quirks and could be improved regarding cleanliness, the hotel itself was a delightful retreat amidst the urban vibe.

The Opera House had such lovely, modern decor that made me feel right at home. The clean and spacious common areas were easy to navigate, making it very convenient for someone like me.

More seating in common areas would be nice.
